SUBJECT: Neighborhood with Golf Course

Jay Boitano is one of the Seattle area's best custom home builders. Although we primarily shoot for hotels and resorts, Jay fell in love with our work and wanted to hire us for a series of interior and exterior shots for some recently completed projects.

Pictured here is The Reserve at Newcastle, a series of exclusive homes adjacent to Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park. The golf course weaves in through the neighborhood, making for not only a great backdrop for the photo, but an awesome course for local residents to play on. The nice thing about shooting right after development is that it allowed us to get on the course without disturbing too many golfers. We only had to clone out a cart and three golfers in this shot - not bad for an active course.

Another nice touch, that I cannot take credit for, was the red leaves on the tree to the left. We shot in early October, and that provided nice contrast to the earth tones of the home. Had it been a couple weeks earlier, those same leave donning green wouldn't have had nearly the same effect.
