HOTEL: Drury Suites

LOCATION: Montgomery, Alabama

SUBJECT: Conference Room with Attached Bedroom

Our challenge was to create an image that would show Drury's concept of providing business travelers with an option to reserve a small conference room with an attached bedroom so the traveler could have a place to both work and sleep. As with many divided suites, we had to find just the right angle to visually represent the bedroom as the complimentary offering, with the conference room as the main offering.

The angle was carefully chosen to achieve this effect. The lighting was pooled in certain areas to draw attention to specific details - such as the back of the chairs to bring out the pattern in the fabric. We also carefully pool the walls and carpet to break up similar tones - such as the cream colored wall and the green carpet.
